Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating a Vest account or using the Vest platform at getvest.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Vest is operated by Vest (“Vest,” “we,” “us”). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Vest is currently available to residents of the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and the European Union. One account per person; accounts are non-transferable.
3. How cashback works
Vest earns affiliate commissions when you subscribe to AI tools through your tracked link. We share a portion of that commission with you as cashback (“Cashback”).
- Cashback applies only to new subscriptions initiated through your Vest tracked link.
- Cashback is Pending during the affiliate network's hold window (typically 30–90 days) and becomes Available once the hold clears.
- Cashback rates and eligible tools are subject to change based on affiliate program terms. We will notify you of material changes.
- Cashback is classified as a spending rebate and is non-taxable under U.S. federal tax law. No Form 1099 is issued for cashback earnings.
4. Loyalty tiers
Your cashback rate is determined by your current tier, based on total tracked subscription spend per calendar month:
- Vesting: 5% — default for new users
- Half-Vested: 7% — $50+ tracked spend per month
- Fully Vested: 10% — $150+ tracked spend per month
Tier status is recalculated monthly. Falling below a spend threshold returns you to the lower tier.
5. Referral program
You may earn a percentage of the cashback earned by users you directly refer (“Referral Earnings”). The referral program is single-level only — you earn from direct referrals, not from their referrals. Referral Earnings are tied to your referrals' actual subscription spend and are treated as rebates, not income. Vest reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program with 30 days' notice.
6. Withdrawals
Available cashback can be withdrawn via gift card, PayPal, or bank transfer (where available), processed through Tremendous. Minimum withdrawal is $3.00.
Vest reserves the right to delay or deny withdrawal if fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations are suspected. Chargebacks or refunds on subscriptions may result in corresponding cashback forfeiture.
7. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Create or operate multiple accounts to circumvent limits or increase cashback artificially
- Use bots, scripts, or automation to generate fake subscription activity
- Subscribe through your own referral link
- Misrepresent your identity or use another person's payment method
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the tracking infrastructure
Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all pending and available cashback, and a permanent ban from the platform.
8. Vest for Teams & White-label
Companies and operators using Vest for Teams or the white-label portal program are subject to a separate Operator Agreement in addition to these Terms. Contact teams@getvest.ai for details.
9. Account termination
You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@getvest.ai. Available cashback must be withdrawn before closing; unclaimed balances below the $3 minimum are forfeited. Vest may terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
10. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Vest is provided “as is.” We make no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. Cashback rates depend on third-party affiliate programs outside our control and may change without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vest's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the cashback balance in your account at the time of the claim.
11. Disputes & arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Vest shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, seated in Delaware. Class actions are waived. You retain the right to bring individual claims in small claims court.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email 14 days in advance. Continued use of Vest after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
